By using the options under "Code additions", you add additional white space or other code to your pages that may scare off your visitors if they decide to look at your source code.

Add blank lines for distraction purposes
Enabling this option causes blank lines to be added to the beginning and end of your source code. This is intended to distract the visitor from looking at the actual code. At first glance, all that he sees in his source code editor is blank lines or an empty window. You can make this maneuver even more effective by adding a notice to the effect that "source code is not available!".
Add Mark of the Web (MOTW)
This option applies the rights of the Internet zone to your pages when they are opened locally from your hard drive. In this way, you circumvent the strict security limitations of the local zone that were introduced with Service Pack 2 of Internet Explorer 6. These security limitations normally block any kinds of "active content" on a page. Pages containing JavaScript are only displayed in their entirety after a warning is displayed.
